Tweak:

Heres a photo for a power 30ms halftone on a 1.75 matrix done on paper
as a test. If you zoom in you can see the individual shot pattern.

Hi Art,

The Auggie download works just fine now and Windows Defender sleeps.

However, I am having problems...

In Augs I load an image and select Half Tone. The .tap & .aug files are created and saved OK.
The Gcode line "G04 P20 R1" seems to give me a 20 second dwell and R1 does not fire the laser.
Obviously I am doing something wrong but for the moment it defeats me.

I will investigate that today and see whats wrong.

The G04P20R1 for safety becomes simply a G04P20 in the case where
an augment is  not loaded or if the position of the G04 is not within the
limits of the photo. I did this so no radiation comes out if something
goes wrong. I tested this yesterday and everythign worked well, but I'll
double check it to see where I may have messed up.
I take it the AUG light was on and the LaserReady was flashing after the
M3 was seen? If so it shoullhave translated the dwell from 40 to .040
and tranlated the power from R1 to 0-100 based on photo density.

It really shouldnt give you a dwell unless no image was loaded. Ill
check out why this might mess up.

Thx
Art

I just uploaded version 3.21 , I tested it in several photos and have changed a few
things. Do NOT run a previously generated Aug file in halftone, the new protocol will
output the P parameter as .030 for 30 ms instead of P030.. Ive adjusted the internals
to this as well. This means the only question will be if you get depth based power output
and it wont do those long delays.

Let me know how this one tests.. It may be that my system is setup a bit differently
and Im missing the difference so far, but Ive added some safeties to try to stop it
from failing.

Thx

Hi Jerry:

This seems to be a security measure on Win10, the install cannot be run from the browser. Copy the downloaded file to your desktop and it run, though youll have to select "more info" and Run anyway.

I just tried this on my win10 machine and it runs that way, Im still investigating why that happens.

Hi Art,

Your latest version fixed the issue and all now seems to be working as intended.
