No data entry area

Data entry field has disappeared. I've tried re-installing, but no change.

Which data entry area are you speaking of? Seems to be OK here?

On the Tool tab, the area to enter the gear or pulley data (module, number of teeth, etc.).

I tried running as Administrator and the Properties tab is showing up now. It still does not show when I run as a normal user.
