Hi,
I have used gearoticmotion years ago on an older computer with windows 7 that has since died.
I would like to install gearoticmotion on this computer that runs Windows 8.1.
I have a lot of different versions of gearoticmotion and I have my license file, however no version will
install. The install starts then stops with the error as per the attachment.
I have done a search but nothing seems to match the problem.
I don't really need the newest version for the current project.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Installing older versions on Windows 8.1
Hi Colundra:
Use the site www.gearotic.com , there is a link to a msi installer.
I made this for Win10 as it sometimes see's the word "Gearotic"
as Erotic and assumes its porn.
The msi installer follows the win10 convention better and I dont
have reports of its failing.
Also, many installs have timeouts set about 2 years after their
creation. This was done as a safety measure to ensure your
not using something long changed.
As of next install, I have removed the two year time limit
for any installer executable. The MSI doesnt timeout at all.
Thx
