STL Import into Cura are ten times larger than intended

Post by Rickam »

Gearotic STL output module works very well.

But I did notice that the scale of the project imports into Cura at ten times larger than actual size.  It's not a big problem shifting one decimal to re-scale, but I was just checking in to see if anyone else had the same experience. - all best!

Rick:

Havent had that issue, the coordinates int he STL's are all absolute from the model, so it sounds like
cura may be applying a scale factor for some reason.. perhaps its set to centimeter mode?

Only the BBC and dressmakers use centimetres.
