Update:

Forgot I could play with the pressure angle setting ;) Tweaking it to 23 gave me prefect results. See the attached photos. Checked for 60 teeth and 120 teeth and the fit is fairly good. However for small tooth count - bellow about 35 - Gearotic screws up the tooth profile. And going bellow 11 is not possible at all since it hangs using 50% of the CPU.
