Having issues between the earlier version and the new version

I did a 3 gear design I use for a fruit grader, the old version has the correct spacing for the gears etc but when I load what I believe to be the same setting into the new version of Gearotic the spacing and size of the gears is different .  I am sure the error is mine as I haven't got the correct  set up.  Can someone please have a look and tell me were I went wrong.

Hi:

Unfortunately, the older gearotic doesnt show me the design parameters enough to
know exactly what specs they were. They look to both be profile shifted by a similar amount,
but the pressure angles look different. It may be the originals used backlash comp from the
old gearotic, which added shaft spacing distance, the new one wont do that as backlash is
suggested to be removed by slightly altering tooth width on the gears.
The main difference seems to be pressure angle though..

Thanks Art, I will just use the cutter and cut to the deep I need and leave it at that.  I can't seem  do any adjustment to the setting on the new version to get 18 tooth mod 6 at 108 centers, when I tell the software what I need as centers it tells me the cutter cutter needs to be 5.5???.

Its all good I will just cut deeper, the gears are all in oilion and low load so it will work.
Thanks for great software.

Hi Tony:

When you ask about centers, the program is basically telling you a typical Mod 5.5
would give you those center distances. The Mod or DP is the only multiplier other than tooth count as
to figuring out a gear center distance.
