I am nearing the completio n of cutting 30 of 105mm dia by 50 mm wide nylon gears.  I didn't go with the knucklewe nt with the spur gears.

 These look great, how long do you have each gear's cut time refined to? Looking very impressiv e, great work.

Bob got it down to 36mins, what I did was exported the Gcode at 1500mm per min then I edited the code to do the first up and back cut for each tooth at 300mm pm.  I was also playing with fast plunge.
30 of them is a lot of gears, I will try to get a short Video of part of the last one.
