Spoke On/Off

Hi Guys:

 While I dont mind switching to the spokes tab to manipulat e the prime variables, I found last night while designing
a clock that turning spokes on and off ( I dont use spokes in small pinions ), that it was driving me nuts switching about so often.
As of next version a Spoke/On/Off checkbox has been added below the shaft diameter setting for spur and elliptica l creation screens.
