19 spokes crash

Just playing with the settings to see the effects on the timing pulleys, I increased the spokes to see the effect and it crashes at 19 spokes.
I have added the screen shot so you can see the settings.

Art;
Just as boana indicated, spokes appear to become problemat
ic between a range of 14-18 and system crashes at 19.

Thx:
Im hesitant to "fix" that error.. some gears will take 20 spokes, some wont.. a matter of size..
My intent instead is to totally remove the spoking, and replace it with a new process that allows more spoke types and control over sizing in proper dimension

Who needs 20 spokes ?
larger gears just have thicker spokes, not more of them.
