 3.04 fixes some issues with resolutio n of timing pulleys.. It also fixes the helical gear display to show what you can expect in terms of size and such..

Hah Art,
The item I just threaded and mentioned on the Mach group, is a stepped mandrel to hold timing pulley blanks, six of them with different size shafts. I was going to cut them with a form fly cutter.
I haven't downloade d the new version yet, but will you be doing a setup for center distance, number teeth, belt length?
There's one online but it will only do standard numbers of teeth. I'm looking to do a 5 to 1 ratio, big pulley 80 teeth, not standard.

  I may do that. I have a couple things higher priority before that though. The timing pulleys can only be cut in 2d by the way,
but I will probably add fly cutting eventuall y as well..

2D, hmmm. If I clipped the code to half and apex, a groove, and half an apex, centered on X or Y, changed the appropria te axis, used a circular cutter the diameter of the chosen mill, I could cut a fly cutter on the lathe. Eh?
