Installation on Linux Mint 20 with Wine

Has anybody tried to install Gearotic on Linux with wine?
If so, could you please provide the settings to use during installat ion?

 Not sure of results running Gearotic CAD in Linux, however I wanted to let you know that we don't really support it working as such, just in case it does runs, but you begin to have issues with it, Sorry and Good Luck.

Couldn't make it work, likely because of wrong dotnet runtime, other libraries, etc.
What runtime libraries and version does it require? I may get back to it...

The problem is that I use an old iMac 2010 (with Windows VM) that ran out of all kinds of support.. ., and plan to replace it sometime within 1-2 years.
Alternati vely, install latest Linux on it. I have a few pieces of capable older hardware to up-cycle instead of dumping them into garbage. Linux feels happy with them.  Just can't get back to Windows full-time after trying a few times to force myself...

Love your software for what it does, but was hoping to use only Mac or Linux-compatible soft moving forward.

Is there any chance the software can be supported for Linux/Mac platform?

  Sorry, but I dont see making a version that can support other systems..
 though you never know as to future compilati ons or how they may react to
various os's..
