Registration pin

Hi Art
Is there a way to include a registrat
ion pin (hole) in a gear? My situation is that I often “stack” gears such as small pinions and if I don’t get near perfect alignment the stacked pinion is useless. If there was a pin “hole” accuratel
y located between the arbor hole and the tooth root, I could these two holes to accuratel
y align the little gears.
Currently the only way I can see to do this is to export to Vectric and modify the pinion there, not the best.

Hi John:
Its a good idea, unfortuna
tely I didn't allow for it in developme
nt. I will consider adding it.
I'm deep in coding on a new package for 3d models, but after its release, Ill note to take a look
to see if I can add a tag at the zero degree point on each gear after their primary rotations
.
