For future developme nt; the case is: my machine can cut to a maximum of 200mm x 200mm, I want to cut a gear which is 260mm. There is enough room for the larger material, just how to do it in a few sessions?

Hi:

Well, it is in theory possible, but pretty complex to do that. It reuires you to be pretty precise in positioni ng
and pretty good at editing Gcode as most Gcode will not tile in that way. When you exceed the size of your cutting surface,
you pretty much have to move to a 4th axis type of thing..

OR, you can cut a design in quarters of halves and process the 4 quarters and then glue them together, that too can work.
Future developme nt will allow for that kind of thing..
